Classic Grills warrants all parts against manufacturer defect or failure for a period of one year from the date of purchase. |
| Returns: |
Merchandise must be returned in unused condition and shipped at the owners expense in the original packaging. Customer assumes all costs in return shipping. To help offset the expense of processing returns, manufacturer restocking fees apply. A minimum 25% Classic Grills restocking fee applies to returns of unused merchandise. All returns require a return authorization (RGA) number to identify them. Please email customer service to request a RGA number prior to returning your order. Refer to our return policy for detailed return procedures. |
