Elizabethan Classics Faucets are warranted to be free of drips, leaks, and manufacturing, material and workmanship defects for a period of 5 years from date of purchase when properly installed by a qualified, licensed plumber. Elizabethan Classics warrants, to the initial consumer purchaser, cast iron and acrylic tubs to be free of manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship from the date of initial purchase to 2 years after the initial consumer purchaser owns the tub, provided: (1) the tub has not been moved from its original place of installation; (2) the tub has not been subjected to abuse, facility maintenance, accidental or miscellaneous damage; (3) the tub was installed according to the instructions provided; and (4) the tub has not been modified in any manner. China lavatories are warranted to be free of defects of material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. |

To help offset the expense of processing returns, manufacturer restocking fees apply. A minimum 15% Elizabethan Classics restocking fee applies to returns of unused merchandise. All returns require a return authorization (RGA) number to identify them. Please email customer service to request a RGA number prior to returning your order.
